Quality Assurance

The Quality assurance (QA) team assist the sales team within devised regions to support the handling of import and export deals. For example, nutritional specifications, customs certificates, product registrations and other documents. As each market have unique demands and is a complex process, the QA team have a deep knowledge of fruits so they can give support in product specifications. Meanwhile, they also work with marketing for packaging information and product labeling. The QA team’s focus is to confirm we have the highest standards of transparency and self regulation. From there, we can trace products at batch level from suppliers to retailers at all time. We provide documentation upon request so we can maintain close relationships with our growers and customers to ensure transparency.
